Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, swimming, and vigorous exercise for 24 to 48 hours. If micro-dot crusting appears after a Hot Plasma session, let it flake off naturally rather than picking at it, and hold off on retinoids and exfoliating acids until the skin has fully settled.
