Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a portion of blood that is devoid of red blood cells but contains blood serum. Platelet rich plasma contains a significant array of growth factors which helps to induce new collagen, fibroblastic activity, and healthy blood vessels. It can be used to increase sensation and diminish scar formation.

Activation of the PRP results in the release of at least 8 different growth factors that would normally be used to heal injured tissue. These growth factors work like magic to increase collagen and elastin, improve blood flow, and promote formation of new blood vessels and nerve endings.

At Revive, we concentrate the platelets in your PRP up to 12x your blood concentration to get the maximum benefits of these growth factors.

80-85% of women will notice improvement in stress urinary incontinence and enhanced pleasure during intercourse with O-Shot. Orgasms; both clitoral and vaginal; are enhanced and easier to achieve. 1. A numbing gel is applied to the area of injection 20 minutes prior to your procedure.

4. At Revive GYN, the initial PRP is respun again. We utilize the most advanced FDA-approved PRP kits to concentrate your platelets 12x your blood concentration achieving the best results possible.
5. The platelets are then activated to work immediately.
6. Under aseptic technique, the doctor will then inject the concentrated PRP into your clitoral glans, and G-spot at a specific angle.

The injection process lasts about 1 minute and has been described as either painless or, in the words of one patient, “…I felt a small sensation, perhaps very slight pressure, for an instant…”

The effects of the O-Shot last about 12-18 months and sometimes up to 2-3 years. When improvements wane, the shot can be repeated.
